Summary 

History, scientific researches, practical life experience clearly demonstrates that people can only achieve their goals and maximize their skills when it is properly motivated. When it has a real incentive, of course, it is wrong to argue that workers' labor behavior, discipline and labor outcomes are determined only by their motivation, but it does not even reduce the special importance of motivating of people’s.

It is difficult for someone to wake up to fully share the energy in his activity. Those methods, which were recognized in the first half of the last century, are reflecting the socio-economic state of that period, gradually will lost its power. "Only" by motivation if you do not have any idea on the priority of the worker’s needs, on his interests, how does it get pleasure (dye salary or desirable work), it is impossible.

The organization is a social system, and every worker is the person. In the former Soviet Union, psychologists did not express their interest in managing problems, because it was considered that for the leadership it is enough to bona fide fulfill government decisions. A significant reduction in the impact of past influences is the essential condition for future management, but it is not possible based on dogmata, but in search of new forms and methods. Vik Ferrer, the Secretary General of the Trade unions Congress, said still in the 60-es of the 20th century: "We need not be bosses in the industry now, but leaders.
